Following on for another thread about having goods shipped over from the states, has anyone else used the above company. You seem to pay a membership fee and they collated all order and then ship over together. Sounds like a great idea, you get to know the total costs with nothing else to pay once they arrive. I would just like to know if others have used them ? Many thanks

I'm still in two minds about them. My head says I've been scammed and my heart believes that my stuff will come.

I've spent a good lot with them for Christmas presents and so on and haven't received anything yet. I think they are overwhelmed with orders and are a little behind, but things I paid for a couple of months ago still aren't here and I've no idea what the status is.

They are good at replying of you want to place an order and are super helpful in getting deals and so on. But in my own experience as soon as I ask where my things are I get ignored and my messages go unread. I'm actually feeling sick that I could potentially be down money and presents 4 weeks before Christmas and nothing I can do about it.

I'm hoping upon hope that I'm wrong and all my things turn up.

Omg I’m keeping my fingers crossed for you that everything turns up, this has certainly made me rethink, I appreciate they may be inundated but to not answer your emails is wrong, I mean how long does it take to just ping back an answer 🤷🏼

I think this is linked to a group called American sports apparel. I would recommend reading the fb page as if I’m right this is a sideline for them and feedback is mixed. I’ve no experience of this group but of a similar one that imports sports stuff and I think it depends on what your expectations are. The order process is often extended so any items ordered take longer to reach you.

Yeah I think it did start initially as a sports thing and then branched out to this.

I pay £3.20 per month for membership and a locker but my locker still isn’t active and it’s always happening soon.

I hate to even admit this but I’m at 4 figures that I’ve spend and I feel sick that I’ve been sucked in tbh. As I can see more and more complaints coming through but they swiftly get deleted so it all looks good.

I just don’t know what to do for the best as I just don’t see how it’ll all be ok but I don’t want to get annoyed incase they are genuinely busy, but stuff I ordered in September I’ve not heard anything about.

I feel worse as I’ve ordered for other people for them to give as presents but luckily I’ve not taken their money, but I hate letting them down when I recommended it to them!

Oh well, I’m just furiously hoping it all works out ok.

But I really wouldn’t recommend them based on my position right now.

Just wanted to add an update on this. So I eventually received my parcels today, unfortunately there were items missing, items out of date and generally poor condition. I'm still waiting to hear what's happening with my missing bits, but it's almost £450 I'm still waiting on.

I'm now part of a Facebook messenger group of people in the same boat as posts get deleted if they are chasing orders or questions or even just polite chasers. So it all looks great when looking on the page. Some people have been banned for asking where there goods are.

I've been stung this time but won't be again! So I'd not recommend using this site at all, in fact avoid like the plague!

That really the case, they can tell you the import taxes, VAT etc that have to be paid when it arrives in the UK. Saying that, it is very hit or miss if you get stung fox these at all, I have had as many parcels sent to me from S that do not get hit, as do!
