Gluten Free at WDW / Universal
Hi there,
Back in 2017 when we last went to Florida there were a number of great resources for my daughter who is a coeliac - i.e. she needs to eat Gluten Free and not just because it's a fad! WDW did this so well, they really made her feel confident that they knew what they were talking about and as a consequence had a great time. Most of the WDW restaurants can do GF adaptations which is great, but I was wondering if anyone has seen / compiled a comprehensive list of what is available where? Thanks! |

All of the WDW restaurants now have allergen menus as standard. Here is a good round up of them:
glutenfreedairyfreewdw/menus/ Although many places are currently running modified menus for Covid so they might be slightly out of date, but the allergen options will still exist everywhere. |

If you are into watching YouTube vloggers then Becky and Lloyd would be useful to watch. Becky is GF and they always highlight the menu options at each restaurant- both onsite with WDW and Universal but also offsite restaurants too

whatever you do, as a fellow coeliac, dont miss out on Blaze Pizza and Cookes of Dublin in disney springs, best fish and chips ever! I have never eaten so well as a coeliac as I do at Disney.

Don’t forget the Gluten Free Churros served at Nomad Lounge in Animal Kingdom.
They were amazing and such a treat for a coeliac. I’m not sure but I believe that they now do GF Churros at CSR, the bar that is on the bridge. When I next visit I shall be checking it out 😀 |
