Bought Attraction tickets but what if can't travel?

Hi, I booked a family holiday last year for October 2021 and decided to get our tickets from Attractionticket. Com (formerly attraction tickets direct)

Paid nearly £3k for disney and universal tickets in October 2020 and they have the covid cover on them, I'm just wondering as they've been sent to me already what happens if we can't travel? Will we be able to return them for an exchange for ones for 2022?

Im sure if you have covid cover you return the tickets to them for a refund

I was told you can return them and 80% for a refund or change the tickets they will charge you the difference between the price you paid and the 2022 price for the upgrade.

Seem reasonable to me.

I have a ticket deposit for 2021 and they just took the deposit and put it on a 2022 ticket for me.

I returned tickets last year and as I had insurance on them , once they recieved them I got full refund

We had tickets with them for last year, they were then extended to this year.

I spoke with them recently and they said I can either return them for 80% refund or pay the difference and extend them to next year. I don’t have to decide yet, I can wait until nearer the time they are due to expire.

I have tickets ordered with them and asked this question last week as we go at Xmas and I want to book park days. If we pay for them and don’t travel we can send them back and pay the difference for next years tickets they couldn’t say about COVID as it’s so far in advance but they did say the COVID policy apply’s to our tickets.
