Disney resort dinner options

We are heading back to Florida, hopefully, in May22 and not going to Disney or staying onsite however would like an evening meal in one of the disney hotels.
We've eaten at Ohana, Narcoossee, Sanaa and Boma however is there anywhere else you would recommend that is not character based or too expensive!

Non-character and non-expensive, I'd say Grand Floridian Cafe, Kona Cafe, Trail's End, Olivia's, Sebastian's, Ale & Compass and Toledo. Would have put Wave on that list too but will have to see what its replacement is like.

Ale and Compass for dinner.
The difference in atmosphere and service between lunch and dinner is vast.
Dinner is by candlelight, excellent service, really enjoyed the meal. One of our favourite evening meals from last holiday. Could not fault it.
If you are not staying at B&YC then afterwards you could sit alongside the beach area and people watch, or could stroll/ boat over to the Boardwalk to see what is happening there.
