To Andybear, I appreciate you are entitled to your opinion but please know your post made me feel angry and upset at a time I was already upset and frankly a bit fragile.
Looking back at the pictures I posted of Ingrid I see nothing wrong with them in the slightest. The base of a foot and her chest and a slight bit of her face. I had originally thought I might try to write up a trip report, I may still try to write up the start of our trip to help others with young twins or siblings close in age, and in that trip report I would be posting many pictures of my girls. I don't post anything compromising. I appreciate the support from others but please in future Andybear consider how your comments may make others feel- I'm still in the "bursting into tears" stage and your comment felt uncalled for.

You cannot catch shingles from chicken pox , people who get shingles do so because the virus is dormant in your body , you can catch chicken pox from someone with shingles though The risk is for anyone with a compromised immune system coming into contact with chicken pox ... from the OP posts she seems fully aware of the problem |

So my husband and Ingrid are still in Florida, still hanging out at Art of Animation. She's enjoying the resort and has had her picture taken in front of all the fun things in the Lion King area and Little Mermaid area. Her "hide and seek" game has yet to improve and she's been loving a bit of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.
They are going to the hospital tomorrow morning to see if she's fit to fly yet, but my husband thinks after the hospital he may need to do another Walmart run as he only has 20 nappies left and he's running out of fruit and snacks for her (they had to do a Walmart run earlier in the week too unfortunately)! We have been so impressed with how well both the girls are managing, we don't make a big deal out of it when either of them mentions that they miss their sister or their other parent, and we have made the decision jot to video call as we know from previous experience it really upsets them, so it's tough! But I must say, having only one child is super easy compared to having the two!

No... Really quite different Ingrid is in yellow in the below picture.
So latest update is that the insurance has sent a doctor out who has given them a "fit to fly note". From my husbands description the doc seems like a bit of a charlatan. Firstly started off claiming that "it could be an allergy" when everyone with eyes, including 2 doctors and several RNs at the hospital can clearly see its chicken pox. Then he claimed she's "fit to fly" because you're not contagious after the first 3 days! (doc in emergency room in Monday said what NHS website says which is that you're contagious until all are scabbed over). Then he said he'd provide a "fit to fly" but to be on the safe side "cover her arms and legs"! So that's that... She's now fit to fly... We don't know when or where from and where to but at least they will be coming home soon.
