Yes, the Fresh Baked guy (Dave) does love to speculate on things but when solid news does come out, he is usually one of the first to report it.

Glad to be able to help contribute some helpful (and hopeful?) news- it's all very recently reported here. Our governor has been reopening all the phases very slowly, and it's frustrating for us too waiting for official dates but he is taking his time about it, which is probably a good thing lol.
