Universal studios equivalent of DAS
Does US do an equivalent of the WDW DAS pass?

Yes. It is very similar and on a paper card that they scan. They are meant to write down a return time but will let you go straight through the Express Lane if the wait is less than 30 min.
As the Hagrids wait time can be very long, they will let you get a second time on a different ride while you wait. For everything else it is one ride at a time like Disney.
