Question When do you start packing

My Mum starts packing her suitcase about a month before she sets off! Anyone else this crazy or are you like me, suitcase open on the bedroom floor with a week to go then pack a bit each day?

I daren't admit when I get my case out. I take being over-prepared to a whole new level with packing...

Depends what you mean by 'packing' - my case is down (from the unreachably high shelves in the wardrobe) now as I like to keep all my Florida bits and pieces in it; I just find it easier! So technically my case is down and in my wardrobe ad I chuck bits in as I get them - sun screen, socks etc. Is this abnormal?

We pack the night before we leave, just get the cases down when we come home from work and start packing. Only takes a couple of hours at the absolute maximum.

Can't be done with cases and clothes lying about all over the place for unnecessarily long periods of time when it's just as easy to take things straight from my wardrobe into the case as one quick and easy job.

I honestly can't understand why you would need to pack weeks before you go... how much stuff are you taking?

I usually start putting stuff in my case about a week before, but the reality is I've been buying stuff to take for over a year 😂😂

I have to stop myself starting too early 😳 but I like to put things out ready about a month before. 😁

Night before! I couldn't do that, it's stressing me out thinking about it!

I got the suitcases out Monday, filled them yesterday and today ..all done apart from bits for overnight airport stay and my bag with all the important stuff in. There is no way I am standing ironing on my holidays so pack it only a few days before and as neatly and crease free as I can get it. I've had lists for ages though telling me what's going in the cases 😀
