AttractionTickets.com

Hi

Has anybody had any luck in getting a reply from Attraction Tickets.com? I emailed them with 2 queries, one for a credit note for my Discovery Cove tickets (only paid deposit) and the other for a full refund of 2 x Disney Ultimate tickets but they haven't responded. Tried ringing and it just rings out!

i phoned them today got straight through also give twitter a go they got back to me aswell after 1 day good luck.

Hi Everyone, as many may already know, I work for AttractionTickets.com and just wanted to say Hi

Our phone lines are currently open Monday - Friday from 10am until 4pm. We have a full team waiting to answer any calls, so please feel free to call us in those times.

As you can appreciate, we are getting hundreds of emails a day, so they are taking quite a bit of time to get through.
I do apologise to anyone still waiting to hear back from us. If you are still waiting, please don't hesitate to call us, we can help you over the phone much quicker

Hi just wondering if you can help? I had tickets bought thru yourselves and during lockdown took a credit note for 100% off tickets value. I’ve just noticed the small print says I must use this credit note by 31st October 2021. Is this date when I need to use the credit voucher to buy new tickets with? Many thanks. X

Hi Emmsy, Yes this is the date that a new booking has to be made by, but you don’t need to have travelled by then :-)

Wow great to have someone on the dibb. Thanks for posting Sammie.

I live in Belgium but regularly buy the tickets from Florida Escapes but heard the are offline at the moment. I am Scottish and wife is Irish would you be willing to ship tickets to Belgium?
