Hi I have booked for next year with British Airways. We are going to one of their 3 bed Executive Villas can anyone help with where we are likely to be located as I understand it is allocated on arrival. Many thanks.

As BA don't own any of the villas it all depends on what the management company they use to source the villas have available at the time, it could be anywhere in the Disney area, if you have a look at the villa location map on the dibb menu you will be able to see the locations of the villa communities in the Disney area.

If I recall correctly BA's Managing agents are Ocean Holidays at 3204 Rolling Oaks Blvd.
None of the tour operators have a stock of villas - they just contract it all out to the likes of Ocean / Hotel Beds / Contempo who allocate according to what they've got available on the day you are due to arrive. Ocean used to advertise that all their villas were in the Kissimmee area but not sure if that's still the case. If not the villa could be anywhere on the villa location map link to the right Edited at 01:18 PM. Reason: typo |

We were in a BA AOA at Easter - was lovely - at Sandy Ridge, really nice villa - great location, 5 min drive to Publix etc, under 20 min to Disney (over EASTER), 30-40 to Universal - REALLY nice Ocean Florida staff too (had a numpty moment trying to get into villa and they helped over the phone despite being over shut up shop time!)

Thanks everyone, I'm sure it is Ocean Travel that supply the villas.
