Mobile Anyone used Quickie Divorce?

We are going down the amicable route & have already agreed whats what. Dont have children or a house so relatively straight forward.

Has anyone used this company & if so which package did you use?

Im thinking of using the managed divorc package which means I do nothing & wont have to deal with the courts at all.

I cant bare to wait 2 years so starting the ball rolling asap x

I did my own. You can download all the forms from the internet. Costs a few quid to get it approved, but far cheaper than solicitors.

If its all amicable, you will have to wait 2 years anyway - the only means of divorcing sooner are by alleging adultery or unreasonable behaviour, which would surely put the kibosh on your amicable relationship. There is an appetite for no-fault divorce being brought in, and I do think change is coming, but we aren't there yet.

I have both of those reasons. I meant amicable as in we have decided who gets what so theres no arguements there for solicitors to fight about

I used quickie divorce. I had no problems, very easy to use, we had it all processed in a few months. We were like you, had legitimate reasons but had reached an arrangement that suited us both.

I think I used the personal service from memory. I wasn't confident enough to be able to do it myself.

Don't have anything to contribute on the quickie divorce element, but I just wanted to say that I am really sorry to read this thread, sounds like you are going through a truly awful time - there is nothing worst than a cheat.
I have always enjoyed reading your trip reports and you have always come across as such a lovely person.
I hope you manage to get it all sorted out soon xx
