BA Seats
Hi all I know that BA select seats for families woth under 12’s at 5 days before the flight but I wondered how it works for the rest of us?
Our youngest is 13 so doesn’t apply to us, I haven’t booked seats and am hoping to get seated together, but what will be will be! Just after some info really from someone who has been lately pls |

When online checkin opens it will have allocated you seats which you can change (assuming there is availability). BA will generally try to keep groups together.
My experience is more often than not we are seated together (family of 4, kids over 12) There is another thread on this a few lines down ! |

We have flown as a couple several times with BA and they always sit us together. We check in as soon as it opens and change seats. Hopefully you’ll be fine too.
