Any positives and negatives please that members have had at this hotel?

I have stayed at the Springhill suites LBV, Renaissance by seaworld and Doubletree at seaworld before and had small problems at the first 2 but Doubletree went perfectly and had not 1 issue, so want to be prepared as best as possible whilst staying there.

Location is further up than we normally have gone for so any advice would be great, thank you.

we enjoyed it only problem we had was getting car parking spaces, it was difficult getting one coming home after the fireworks x

just a quick question can you remember if the plugs were a 2 pin or 3 pin in rooms? thanks
