Resort Fee

We’ve had the dreaded cancellation call but have rebooked for next September. Thanks to the 20% uplift TUI offered we’ve upgraded to the Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa on the 535.

Does anyone know if we’ll have to pay the resort fee or if that’s covered because we’ve booked a package? I can’t see anything on the TUI website to say one way or the other.

Also, i’ve read a few previous threads on here and people suggested emailing Trish to request a high room, has anyone done that?

Thanks.

Hi we’ve stayed here several times and the resort fee depends on who you booked with and it should say on your booking if it’s included or not. I’ve never been with TUI so can’t answer your question.. we always email Trish White in advance and ask for a high floor in our preferred block which is block five. One side is pool view and the other side can see the disney fireworks if you are high enough up.
We’re going back in November ask me anything else you need to know ✈️

A package doesn't automatically pay the resort fee, although some package providers do sometimes incorporate this into their price. You'll need to check your invoice, it should state on there whether resort fees are included or if there is an extra charge on arrival.

We stayed there with TUI a few years ago and didn’t have to pay a resort fee. Lovely place 😊
