It’s the secret hotel with the title “ Luxury Hotel offering unforgettable stays at Heathrow.”

You can change the sort by to “distance from” and type in terminal 5. They should then be next to each other in the list.

If the Sofitel isn’t there for your dates then just check random dates until you see it to confirm. They both have a rating of 84 and 9616 reviews.

Sofitel at Heathrow is my one of my absolute favourite hotels. It’s the perfect start to the holiday.

We’ve stayed four or five times and always booked with Avios points. We would get a big suite with Executive Lounge access which I know would be really expensive if paying for it, but the lounge is great. We would have (free) nibbles and drinks in there early evening and go back for breakfast in the morning.

It’s a really lovely hotel, convenient for the short stay parking (we once parked right by the hotel entrance by sheer fluke) and great to be able to walk over to the airport (mostly covered) the next day and for food (we tend to have an M&S picnic back in the suite after our nibbles in the lounge).

We live about 45 minutes from Heathrow on a good run so it’s Sofitel or not bother for us .

Absolutely love the Sofitel - it’s an amazing hotel and the location can’t be beaten if you’re flying from T5.

That said we stayed at the PI T5 a few nights ago and with the £150 I saved I’m happy we did that!

Thank you never thought of using Avios, just booked for our January flights as I had 20000 odd points 😊

Enjoy! It feels even better when it’s ‘free’

I'm staying there Christmas Eve then flying to New Orleans on Christmas Day. I got a good deal on business class flights so decided to splash out 😀

I've just reserved this for feb and the premier inn terminal 4 as we are flying out of T5. Reading all of this, I got tempted lol. I'll decide which one to actually go with nearer the time. We have done the PI before and had no issue, but we'll see. Does anyone know what the breakfasts are like at the Sofitel? Thanks.
