Anyone used Budget at Orlando Int Airport
Hi everyone...
we have booked our flights and car hire through Charter Travel and they usually use Alamo (so they tell me), but because i want a 12 seater and NOT a 15 which Alamo apparently dont do (again, so they tell me), we are booked with Budget. Has anyone used Budget for the 12 seaters at all, Charter Travel were telling me to watch our CC bill as they are inclined to add extras and tell you that you have the wrong insurance... now im really worried! Can I pre register with Budget ahead of going if i have booked with Charter? Thanks for any replies, forewarned is forearmed i guess! |

we used budget for the first time last year and they were very good.
no hard sell and quick and easy to get the car and get on the road. we didnt do pre-registration but were still only about 10 mins max. at the end of your rental when you return the car at the garage they check the car over and print you a receipt and unless you have added extras this should read $000 if it doesnt then question it with them.

Booked with Charter in 2010 and our car hire was also with Budget - no problems with them at all, walked straight up to the desk (didn't do the pre-reg as I wanted to add my DH as a driver), free upgrade (apparently!), nice car and no problems with hard sell. I'd use them again.

sounds good, i was getting a little worried and i was going to call Charter and switch to Alamo (would have paid more) but would have meant 15 seats and that would have been like driving a bus!
