Springhill / Fairfield LBV Shuttles - Pay Or Not

We are thinking of booking either Springhill Suites or Fairfield at LBV in the future.

We stayed at Springhill in April 2010 with Virgin, and remember having free shuttle transport to Disney parks.

I can't remember if the free shuttles were part of the Virgin holiday last year or if they are just complimentary as part of the hotel.

Does anyone know if the shuttles are free to anyone staying at the hotels? Or is it just part of the Virgin package.

The Marriott website seems to suggest that Springhill has free transport, but Fairfield just says there is transport, no mention of free.

We stayed there as well but we went with virgin, so I'm not sure if it was just an offer with virgin. Can't even remember if I seen other people paying. Why don't you email the hotel and ask. Sorry not been much help.

Thanks very much for the replies.

I'll email the hotel as Lis34 suggests and see what they say and post the findings here.

I'm staying here in December, which was booked back in March through Virgin. Shuttles were free.

Thanks again for the replies.

I emailed what I thought was Springhill Suites, but as it turned out it was a central customer centre who replied:

We were able to locate the following information regarding the shuttle
service to the disney park at the hotel:

We did checked with the hotel that they do provide shuttle service to
the Disney Park at USD7.00 per person for roundtrip however I unable to
review your previous stay record so I cannot determine is it the shuttle
service you had previously was included in your package.

I managed to find the slip of paper which I had last time (must have got this at the hotel check in desk). This slip I showed to the guy behind the shuttle desk in order to get free tickets. This slip was just photocopied paper headed with the 3 Marriott hotels with the validity period written in biro.

All the tour operator sites I go on suggest that for European Passport holders the breakfast and transport are complimentary.
