Anyone know if you can use a VPN to buy stuff from USA Disney store, when.you live in the UK?

They won't ship to the UK anymore, You can browse the USA Disney store without a vpn.

You could shop the US Disney store and ship to something like Stackry who will then forward on to you.

Obviously there is a cost to using Stackry but if it's something you specifically want then you may find it worth it.
