With 75 days to go Emma and Benjamin have picked out a new suitcase each for the trip. Thought Benjamin would want the Marvel one but they settled on these.

We got them from a Samsonite shop at Freeport Village, Braintree. I'd tried to talk them into the ones from Primark but they were having none of it
My current focus is finding some restaurants in Las Vegas. We want a mixture of things like In and Out burger and a couple of nice options. The usual nightmare for us is finding places that have something the fussy kids will actually eat

I won’t look in Tesco as it will probably result in me wanting to take those ones back when I see the price difference 😂
I’m looking for somewhere for a special meal. I do like a good steak place. I know there are the likes of outback. I liked the look of prime for the location but no kids menus and also found in some small print no kids under 7. None of their steakhouses seem to have kids menus. Appears they don’t really want kids in them which I get because it’s vegas. I will keep hunting 🤔

I’ve never had an issue taking kids into any restaurants in vegas , there may not be a kids menu online but most will have something or do a smaller portion of a main.
Maybe email any places you find just incase. I have had really good steak at Craft steak in MGM but it is pricey. |

Love the suitcases! I need some more Disney ones - see now I will be spending more money thanks to you
Food wise we ate in a couple of restaurants in Downtown Disney - we love Splitsville. Off site we walked to Cheesecake Factory and from memory there was also a Bubba Gumps and California Pizza Kitchen Lots of choice nearby... I last went to Las Vegas about 20 years ago (! ) with a baby in tow. I do remember us eating in MGM in the Rainforest Cafe... I also remember amazing buffets in the hotels... I imagine there is lots of choice Not long now |

Thank you. I saw somewhere online that no kids under 7 were allowed at prime steakhouse. It didn’t seem to be on their main website but definitely found it in the small print somewhere. It started me panicking 😂 I certainly don’t want to be dragging the kids into higher end restaurants much as they would rather be in McDonald’s but one or maybe two nice sit down restaurants I know would make sally happy!

We are definitely going to be hitting a Cheesecake Factory at some point this trip as we have never been! I may do it in vegas but think it’s more likely we will go to the one in Anaheim for a dinner. Only had a breakfast in Johny rockets previously and that was on a cruise so am going to add that to our million long list of possibles too 😂
