I may sound stupid but what do you all mean by stacking? I have just bought our tickets with genie+ but haven’t got a clue what they actually do and can’t understand the bits I’ve read about it !

Stacking means booking rides earlier in the day for later in the day. For example you might decide to go to a water park or go shopping one morning, so whilst you are doing that, you go onto Genie+ every two hours and book something for later.

Thanks for that, I wish they would make it a little easier to understand! Can you book a few rides and choose your times?

You can only choose your times when you book an individual lightning lane (Rise of the Resistance, Seven Dwarfs, Flight of Passage, and Guardians of the Galaxy currently) which you would need to purchase separately on top of your current genie+. For all other rides, you just get the next available time slot. You can obviously 'choose' indirectly by waiting for a later time to appear or refreshing and hoping an earlier slot becomes available but it's not straightforward.

As I alluded to, you can book one ride every two hours if you are elsewhere and simply booking rides for later. No you can’t pick your times, you will have to see what is available that might fit in with your timings.

I found that it was sometimes hard to stack rides because the available time slots would only be, say, an hour away whereas I was planning to go to the park in three hours.

Thank you for this I think I’m getting to understand it better now and I have also found a good vlog on you tube!
