LBV Village Resort - How far from Everything

Hi
I'm really considering doing 7 nights here and then 5 on site.
How far are places to eat, Disney Springs, Disney.
How often do the shuttles run.

I just can't make up my mind whether to stay on site for 12 nights but it is so expensive for a family of 6 in 2 rooms. Hubby want to do Boardwalk and I'd love to but the cost for 12 nights frightens me.

Thanks

We are at LBV resort now. It is really close to all the Disney Parks and Disney Springs - 15 mins on average. Also lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby and clothing outlet right over the road. I think some rooms have been refurbed but ours is dated (everything still works though). Having the extra space and facilities like a washer and dryer is great.

About 10-15 minutes away provided you have a car or use Uber.

Would you say that restaurants are a safe walk with a pushchair?

There are no restaurants which are very near without a walk, along a very busy road. However there pavements and crossroads so don't think it would be too much of an issue if you are willing to walk.

Thanks! How long do you think the walk is, approximately?

Or is it just easier to jump in the car?

There’s an Irish pub/restaurant on site and Walmart just over a mile away. On the way to walmart there’s a chipotles and a couple of others now. The other direction there’s a few such as Bahama breeze but these aren’t walking distance.
There is a small food court at the shopping outlet.
We’ve eaten in a couple of nights with food from walmart - cheap and easy to do pizzas, burritos etc after a long day in the parks.
