resort shop (CBR)
Hi just working out about car hire, its too expensive for 3 weeks so thinking of 5 days maybe towards the end of the holiday.
i just need to weigh up the pros and cons of this.( mainly wanted a car for getting to universal, shopping , beach day, air boat ride) one of my questions is, will the resort shop sell big bottles of water, pop, cereal, basic snacks that aren't extortionate. we are on qsdp but 2 boys 14 ad 4 are always hungry. I'm planning on having cereal for breakfast the using the qsdp for dinner and tea. Normally id go to a big supermarket ( unless walmart do delivery like our supermarkets do?) thank you |

Yes it does, bit not a huge range and it's fairly expensive. We take cereal with us - the small variety packs - and buy milk from the resort shop. That works well for us, plus I know we've got things we like. You could always pack some cereal bars, crisps etc too. I know it takes up space in the cases but I look at it as reserving space to bring back the things we buy
Not sure if you've done the qsdp before but your 4 year old can have meals from the adult menu too as there's no difference between adult and child QS credits. You may find that some meals are big enough to share and some of the snacks can be huge and filling too. Alternatively, grab an Uber to the nearest supermarket and stock up on things there.

Yes, although some recent reports have said there's been no customs desk to declare at. So, if you're asked, then declare it, but if there aren't any customs officers there, then you don't.
