Is anyone else having problems with the Flying Club app or seeing their booking on the Virgin Atlantic site. I'm putting in the correct details but its saying no booking.

I have been having trouble logging into Flying Club this morning, doesn't recognise my login whether I use my e mail address or Flying Club number. I have double checked my password and I am putting it in correctly. Seems they have a problem at the moment. I did eventually get to my booking by going from My Booking on home page and using my booking ref and name

As above. It was working at 8.15am as I checked my Mileage. Not working now. The website is pretty dire

However not as dire as MDE!

Very true Tom. Have had such fun and games with my ADrs! Had 2 days with the system not opening my onsite +10days, then got fed up and booked them over the phone. Then discovered that when they did that they created a 2nd me linked to the phone bookings. Eventually e mailed them and they finally unscrambled it all and go it working!

It's actually very sad. They created a wonderful system but then chopped the Guys who constructed it and outsourced it. India I think.
Ever since then it's been problematic
