Blue Marlin opposite Best Western Hibiscus is reasonable (time you’re going is very expensive anyhow).

If you don’t mind middle Keys, Islamorada is beautiful. Reasonably priced rooms can be found at Breezy Palms, Sands of Islamorada and Ragged Edge. Need to go on their websites and email them direct but they’re quick to respond and all are close to Robbies for fantastic water sports and fishing

Would just add we always stay at Best Western Hibiscus, great value out of season and absolutely cannot fault the place. Looking forward to our 4th stay this September. Oh and parking and breakfast are both plentiful and free.

We’ve booked the southernmost guesthouse which is a little cheaper than some of the hotels and has parking

Booking.com the harborside marina was about 175 a night. The do a b&b or houseboat

We recently stayed at southwinds. Good location pools, breakfast, wifi, parking, beds and towels at the beach, 10 to 15 min walk to hit main Duvall street... Good 2 days there for us
