What is a "Special Ticketed Event" ?

Just been looking at the park hours for August 2019 and there are some Special Ticketed Events, are they for Disney onsite guests?

Usually the paid for after hours or early morning events. Doesn't massively affect queues in my opinion. Also could be MNSSHP. The park hours usually say what it is in either the description or in the details below.

Special ticketed event could be a separate ticket event like a halloween party

Probably mickeys not so scary Halloween party which starts towards the end of August.

They are for anyone who wants to give Disney more money.
They will throw out all the regular guests and only those who have bought a ticket for the event can stay.
If it�s MK in August then the Halloween parties start in August on select evenings.
They also have morning magic where they open some stuff in fantasyland etc. just for event ticket holders.
