AP magic bands

Remind me how UK visitors pick up the magic bands that come with an AP, if we don't want to use a package delivery service... can we pick them up at guest relations?

And can we customise them online, like you can with the bands that come with a resort stay?

You can customise them with the normal colours, not sure about the new ones that came out this week.

The only place you can pick them up is at your Disney Resort. We always have ours in August even though we renew mid May.

If you are in a Villa you could have them delivered there but high risk if nobody is in as they won't go through the letter box.

You can pick up AP bands from the Liberty Square ticket office in MK but these are not personalised. You just pick the colour and they link them for you. To get them personalised you have to order them online and have delivered, if you are staying long enough in US you can order to hotel/villa or order before your second trip (if you�re getting them for more than one trip in a year on the pass).

I forgot to say that we're staying offsite! Great to know that we can definitely pick them up in MK though - thanks AlwaysDisley!

We pick up our APs from Disney Springs, then personalise the magic bands online (just a name inside the band).

I'm not bothered about personalising names inside but don't want to pick up from Disney Springs. You never used to be able to pick them up from Liberty Square so I'm really hoping that facility stays for a while

Ok, I just read this page... which says that AP bands can't be picked up from anywhere in the resort and can only be shipped to your home! (I know they can't ship to UK).

I�m pretty sure it said this when I read about it so I think you�ll be fine to get them in MK, don�t worry 🙂
