FloridaTix Issues!

Hello Everyone!

Just a quick question...

We have ordered our ultimate combo park tickets from the online FloridaTix, we used the 'Buy now pay later option', I tried to log on today to pay my last remaining £300, but the website was coming up with an error saying the payment was not accepted. I have just looked at my bank now, and realised they have taken the payment but I havent had a confirmation email or reference and the website is still saying my balance is remaining.

I will have to ring them and query this tomorrow but in the mean time, has anyone else had any issues with them?
I feel like the experience with them throughout has been pretty bad, at the time of booking I also paid an extra £25 for a guaranteed price match and cancellation whenever ticket prices change online so were always getting the best deal, to then find out later down the line it's actually a price match with themselves, so ended up paying £50 more for tickets than what they were elsewhere and to be told if we used the price match with themselves to save us the 10 pound they had lowered they're tickets by, we would then loose the option to use the price match or cancellation option again in the future as it is a one time use. Which seems like a joke in itself. Also I feel like each time I have spoke to them over the phone the staff have been rude and unhelpful and dont seem interested in trying to help. Which isnt fair at all when we are spending thousands with them!

Any opinions, advice or past experience would be a help.

Thankyou in advance😘

We bought tickets from them with no issues in 2015

To be fair if you had paid for your tickets upfront you would not have had a “later price match option” so I don’t think it unfair to charge for it even if it’s onky against their own pricing.,and I assume that if the price had gone up after you agreed to buy them that the price change would not.

I also think it fair that you can only claim once it’s essentially a cancellation and price rise insurance policy.

I have no doubt that you have not purchased what you thought you were purchasing and I know how we all get caught up in the excitement but I am assuming that they have kept within the t’s and c’s of your agreement.

I am sure that they have just had a glitch and your bank will prove this and that you will get the tickets you wanted and you only have three weeks before you can book fast passes and hopefully this will bring the excitement back

It could be the transaction didn’t go through. Sometimes the transaction is attempted and is “pending” which means that funds are reserved but not paid. It then usually just drops off your account in around 7 days. Have had this a few times when payments haven’t gone through.

As for FloridaTix I have used them and never had any issues, I’d always recommend them.

I got my universal tickets off them this year, no issues at all.

This sounds like one of those glitches that sometimes happen and will be easily resolved after a call or two. Mildly irritating but these things happen.

Sounds like the funds are ringfenced and will drop back into your available balance in 3-5 days
