Virgin upper or BA Business class?

Which would be your choice if you were lucky enough to travel in style?

It's a tough call as I like the UC service and the bar especially but you have to get up to convert to bed mode.

BA couple seats are perfect for you and your partner or parent and child. While watching a film you can slowly recline into bed mode and before you know it you're asleep!

Overall BA wins.

As I travelled alone last year I found being in UC with Virgin was great. Didn't have to worry who I was sitting by or reclining my seat when I wanted to sleep. It was perfect for a single traveller and would recommend it.

Virgin for us.
But I like the 14 seater from Manchester 747-400.
The lounge at Manchester is awful though!

Virgin UC and BA CW are technically different things so not comparing like for like. UC is more like a business plus or a first minus if that makes sense.

Either way, go with the cheapest, BA CW is perfectly acceptable

Sorry have to disagree, UC is just business class it comes nowhere near to a first class experience.

I'm not suggesting it's a first class but when you compare it to BA business it's a step up from their CW.

I'm lucky enough to turn left when I fly virgin is the better product of the 2 in my opinion. Although I wouldn't pay more for it.
