stayed in the area lots of times - a bit of a drive (about 6 miles) but would throroughly recommend Codys at Bay Pines (it gets busy and you can have a bit of a wait so would recommend getting there a bit early (happy hour ends at 7pm and deals on drinks are good). We still stay around that area and will drive out of our way to go to this branch of Codys. Great atmosphere and delicious food

We stayed at sunset vistas in 2017 and it was ok but the apartment we were allocated was filthy and wasn't ocean front which we had paid for. There was dried urine on the toilet seat and the sofa bed was full of food and sand. You could write your name in the dust. Staff were fantastic very apologetic and agreed with us. They gave us the choice of 3 more apartments. None were very clean but we chose the best and cleaned it ourselves.

Stayed at sunset vistas 2 years ago and it was a little dated. Last year stayed next door at the Residence Inn by Marriot. Much better in my opinion. Just a short walk down the road to Johns pass with loads of restaurant choices. We went to the Hut bar and grill which was ok.
