My own fault but worth an ask?
Good morning all and a happy mother’s day.
I had the holiday of a lifetime in Disney last August. When we came back I found life really difficult as I had just lost my mum ( the holiday planning pre trip was a focus that kept me gonna with the kids) Anyway I didn’t download any photos. I just couldn’t and today I feel like I have no photos for the kids. Does anyone know who to contact at Disney to ask? Is there even any point? Sarah x |

I’m so sorry but I don’t think they are kept past the expiry date unless you pay to extend. I think it’s 45 days from first use/download.
You could try emailing them, you never know they may still have them. Edited at 10:08 AM. |
