TC and Alamo

I'v got a package with TC. Can I skip the counter with them before hand, As its through a carrier and not a personal hire. Can't seem to find any info on whether I can or not.

You can but you’ll need your Alamo reference number to do it.
You may need to contact TC to get it.
It’s usually 10 digits long and starts with 127 or something similar.
Get that then go onto Alamo.com and away you go.

As 99plums says you start here with a ten digit code - it was 128xxxxxxx for us a couple of months ago so may be even higher now.

This takes you to a form where you complete D/L details - be careful with the USA M/D/Y protocol. Complete that and you'll get the bar code which is all you need.

Try your Thomas Cook booking ref along with your name on the Alamo site- it worked for me much to my surprise
