Daughters 11th birthday
Hi need some ideas please.
My daughter turns 11 while we are in Florida in August. We are spending the day at Discovery cove. I need help with ideas for what to get her for her birthday.Shes not asked for anything and is just excited for her holiday. Do I take presents in the case or do I give her dollars to spend or do her birthday when we get back which is 2 days after. Thanks Dawn |

What does she like? Is she a girly girl - so pampering things like bath and bodyworks perhaps?
Or there’s Pirates League (where they get a makeover as a pirate or a mermaid). Tech - like an iPad (the new mini is out and perfect size for kids). Money so she can buy what she wants would be easiest - though will you have space for what she buys coming back and rules on what’s acceptable e.g. no slime etc? |

What about getting one a cabana or birthday package whilst at discovery cove. We were there for my 30th and booked the elite package and a cabana, as park of the pack I got a happy birthday bouoy delivered by our dolphin, photo bundle, a bag and a dolphin plush.
It was honestly one of the best days ever.

Discovery cove is a great place to spend your birthday. I would take some small presents but if she has something major that is too big, have that waiting at home. Does she have a favourite band that are touring? We’ve given our daughter concert tickets before. You can have the confirmation put in a card without having to take actual tickets. Or somewhere she’s always wanted to go - again you can book it but you only need to take the confirmation.
