Universal Resort - w/c 03rd June '19. Carnage?

Sorry in advance, this is a lengthy post but stick with it!

We're shortly due to stay at RPR for 2 nights (Wed/Thurs 05th & 06th June) but was a bit gutted to find out yesterday that one of the big American companies (Rockwell Automation) are due to hold their annual tech corporate event at Universal during the whole of that week.

The event is being held at RPR but this will impact on everything Universal (hotels, parks, Citywalk) - it's the reason that the US park is closing an hour early on Wed. 05th June as the corporate guests are going in there from 9-11:30pm. This explains the hours change email I received a few weeks ago. There's also an event on at CityWalk for them from 7-9pm that same night, but not sure which restaurant(s) or bar(s) are hosting this.

Corporate guests are being put up at 4 of the Universal hotels (RPR, Hard Rock, Portofino & Sapphire Falls).

It's obviously going to be busy at the whole Universal resort that week but I'm having visions of chaos - am I worrying unduly or is it geared up for big events such as this?

Any feedback from Dibbers who've been there during these sort of big corporate events much appreciated!

During the day they will be at the convention and probably eating most nights at the hotel as part of it.
There are often private events at universal for companies- not everyone will go.

So the parks in the day shouldn't be affected. I assume the hotels will just be full of guests as normal but will feel busy as most are usually in the parks

All the hotels have huge conference facilities and they will hire out whole restaurants and venues at a time in the evenings n city walk. There are still dozens of venues open. We've had this on one of our visits. Even though visibly more people most smarter with lanyard etc they seem to be swallowed up by the infrastructure. I wouldn't worry from our experience.
