The I-95 main carriageway is not a toll road. However there is a section near Miami where there are now express lanes, as well as the main carriageway. There is a toll for using the express lane, which is dynamically priced, depending on how busy the road is - a higher toll the busier the road is, as you are bypassing the slower traffic. If you have a Visitor Toll Pass, Sunpass or E-Pass, your account is automatically charged. If you don't have one of the passes and are in a rental vehicle, the toll will be passed on to you by the rental company, along with their (large) admin fees.

The Turnpike is a separate toll road.

The I-95 runs up the east coast, so doesn't itself go to Orlando. Both the US27 and Turnpike run from the Miami area to the Orlando area. The US27 takes a direct inland route, whereas the Turnpike runs part way up the coast first (parallel to the I-95) before cutting inland.

A wee bit over the top tspill, my question was regarding the express lanes on the i95, not sure why you felt it necessary to mention the US27. But thanks anyway, have a great day.

Obviously having a bad day are you.
Your response was totally irrelevant to my question, don't waste your own time writing responses that don't relate to the question.
I appreciate responses that are helpful.
What's the US27 got to do with Express lanes on i95?

I found this, I think costs may be variable based on demand.

Because toll prices are based on demand, it is difficult to predict exactly what toll prices will be at any given time: On the Express Lanes tolls can range from as low as $0.20 per mile during less busy times, and up to approximately $1.00 per mile in some sections during rush hour.*

I did Mia to Kissimmee used express way lanes and my tolls were as follows:
Dolphin sr836 eastbound 57th ave ramp $0.56
17th ave mainline $1.32
I95 nw 54st express $1
Sr 91 golden glades $1.34
Sr91 cypress creek $1.50
Sr91 three lakes $5.90

Plus my daily charge for sunpass. AVIS $3.95
So my total for Mia to Kissimmee was $15.57.

Not sure if that helps you?

Thanks for that, I'll need to keep an eye out for the advertised price before entering the Express lane then, it will be about 5pm when I come out of MIA so it could be useful as I'm driving straight up to Orlando.

Yes this helps me massively, thanks.
That is a lot cheaper than I had anticipated so I'd definitely use them st that price.
