You just turn up, join the queue and pay when you get to a desk. I believe it opens around 8.15am.

As above, just turn up at Disney Springs. The staff there have been used to people turning up on a Delta codeshare for a direct Virgin flight to the UK for years. The joint venture adding KLM & Air France codeshares to the mix has been in place since early this year, so they should have seen enough customers on these codeshares by now.
