Adding flights with Disney or not

So many people go with the option of adding flights with Disney. Is it usually much more and can you book seats, upgrade etc. We have booked for next sept and like the idea of everything being with Disney in case of issues (I don’t know why but get so paranoid about one of the kids being ill before we travel or something) and I know Disney are really flexible. What are people’s thoughts? Thanks

We've booked with them twice, have found the flight prices competitive, and have been able to book seats.

We have booked with Charter Travel too who then book direct with Disney and were slightly cheaper than direct with Disney.
