Mobile HELP Urgent help needed

Hi.
We are here now, and I have been trying to transfer money from our Natwest account to our Revolut card. But Natwest say they will send Code to my phone. Nothing has arrived.

I don't even know how I can phone them from here
Please can someone help?
Thanks
James

You transfer the money through the app and not the bank. You shouldn't need a bank code if you have the account or card linked to your revolut

From the NatWest website,

Good luck!

Can't help with Revolut issue but make sure airplane mode is not on so you can receive texts if that's how they've sent a code.

Good point! Go to the Revolut app:

1️⃣ Tap the '+ add money' button in the top right corner. 2️⃣ Add the card you want to top up from. 3️⃣ Confirm the amount you want to top up your account with. 4️⃣ Tap 'Top Up'

That's what I thought, but they seem to want to send a code.
They know we are here, because I can access our account on my Natwest mobile app, and it shows on there that we are here until 14th.

That's what I was trying to do. But Natwest said they will send me a code.

My post #4 in this thread gives you the number to call NatWest from abroad. Good luck!

Hi thanks. I have Airplane mode turned off. I even put Roaming on to see if it would come through, but still nothing.

I am with Virgin, but I don't think I can use my phone to call international.
Any suggestions how I can contact Natwest by phone?
