Trying to link amended booking

Anyone who has changed there booking to next year have there new booking on MDE or there old one still ?...it won’t let me link my new booking when I put my new reservation number in just says no booking found ?...

If it is a new booking number then I expect as with any booking it will take a little while (few weeks or so) to link up.

We have the same booking ref but the lady I spoke to said it might take some time before it changes over in MDE.

We are the same, I keep trying and I thought it was just me lol, then I remember that the lady on the phone said it can take up to 3 weeks and not the usual 72 hours. Wish it would hurry so I can get back into holiday planning mode ;0)

Same here ...I want it to be on MDE before the reservation system for next year appears

Me too. It normally takes no more than a week. I’ve been trying it several times a day but no joy yet. It’s 9 days since I changed it.

I'm trying everyday and getting very impatient lol, some people are managing to link and some aren't :0( I'm wondering if its because we are booked for Oct next year and they suspended bookings after Sept, only a thought, but just wish I can link.

I've seen a few people mention a live chat feature regarding their MDE account. Does anyone have a link or know where it's located please?

The chat feature , can be found on the App, at the bottom of the boxes that show tickets , etc.

It sometimes is not there and sometimes takes ages for them to reply, but I had success last night by messaging them again them at 9.50pm.
