Have you tried talking to Tesco Clubcard team?
When Monarch went bust we got the Clubcard Voucher total credited back to our Clubcard account without any issues. Also got the benefit of resetting the expiry on the vouchers + 2 years.

No we haven’t yet. I was waiting until we had our flights rebooked so we were sure which airport we were flying from. We’re going from Gatwick now so I think we’ll email Hotels.com first and see if they’ll change our booking. If not, I’ll definitely try Tesco clubcard and see if we can get the vouchers back. Thanks for that idea 😊
