Universal quick service confirmation

Hi, we purchased the Universal Quick Service plan for our 1 day in universal. We travel to Orlando on Sunday and I’ve just gone to print off all my paperwork and don’t seem to have a confirmation email for this (it was purchased in august). I have emailed universal and haven’t heard anything back. Does anyone have any ideas how I can get this?

If you can't retrieve the confirmation email and you don't get a reply in time from US I would try going to Guest Services when you are there with the card you purchased them with.

I’m probably too late to help you, but Universal’s Facebook page are very, very responsive to messages. Write to them on messenger and type “real person” to get speaking to a human
