Current Buffet, Character Meal and Show Pricing

easywdw/easy/blog/di...-eat-platters/

After yet another round of price increases this easywdw link shows what you'll currently pay for fixed price dining .

These prices are insane,
Nearly $50 for Biergarten, Over $100 for Cali Grill brunch, $84 for Early Morning Magic

It's now gone past our tipping point

Dear God! We don't do any of these places and a breakfast for us is 2 pieces of toast in our room.

I just looked at one place. Crystal palace breakfast $43.67.

It just beggars belief. I have 1 Denny's breakfast a holiday. $6

Holy crap. The prices are eye wateringly ridiculous.

We have the free QSDP next year. We did consider upgrading so we had TS meals but just the thought of the tips made me shudder. There will be 6 adults and DH & I are covering the food costs so CS and off site for us 😂

That's my main problem with the brunch too. We did it as a couple a while ago and loved it. Not cheap but with all the drinks factored in it felt like reasonable value.

There's no way on earth I'd pay $101 each for 2 teens

The prices are expensive, I agree. But it's been this way for some time. This shouldn't be a shock to anyone.

The last time we went in 2016, we had breakfast at Ohana to celebrate DD's birthday (she loves Stitch) and it cost around $35 per person. So it's gone up by about $8 in 3.5 years.

The meals at Disney have always been expensive since I've been going. Which is why we don't normally eat table service at the parks (and grudgingly eat QS meals instead).

Totally agree that it's not a surprise and they've always been expensive relative to the real world.

Up until now it's been a expense that we've been willing to stomach on occasion. I've even defended the pricing previously as the experience/food is generally worth it.

However when a Chef Mickey's or Akershus dinner for 2 adults and 2 teens hits $300 after tip then I'm no longer willing to put up with Bob Chapek's price gouging
