Disney breakfast when staying off site
Can you book an ADR for breakfast in the parks if staying off site? If you manage to get an early booking does it allow early access to the parks and beat the rope drop?

Yes you can.
It depends on where in the park it is, but yes, in theory if eating at BOG in MK and you finish before the park opens, I have gone on rides. |

Thanks, that's great, any recommendations for AK? Couldn't get on Avatar last time.
Edit: Rainforest Cafe appears to be the only one offering breakfast so I'll try that. Edited at 01:46 PM. |

Yes and yes.
Note that Crystal Palace in MK would not give you any ride advantages as you would not be able to get to any of the rides before anyone else entering at regular park opening time. You would want to book BOG or Cinderella’s Royal Table to beat the crowds to Fantasyland. |
