New Tax Assessments

New tax assessments out.

Copper Creek seems to have an eye watering assessment increase of over $100m. Of course it will go up as more declared. I am not qualified to know whether DVC under or over estimated this.
Old Key West and VGF seem to have been hammered with a valuation increasing by 10%. Surprising given lack if development there. Again whether DVC accurately assessed this in their calculation, I am not sure. Hopefully they are not coming knocking for more cash from any member.

Bwv not going up. Not sure what my estimated taxes were but hopefully will receive a bit of a credit on next years dues... Offset some of those CM wage bills
