Just a guess here, but has your email blocked any attachments? It’s attached to the booking confirmation

Booked online through thomascook.co.uk. No attachments blocked. I too have a part where it says ATOL payment taken for the 4 of us. Had 4 separate emails with 4 separate booking corfirmation pdf attached when I changed different parts of the holiday and non of them have an ATOL certificate. Paid by direct debit except £250 which I paid by debit card.

As I booked our package via their website, my email with the ATOL certificate is on an email called 'Your Booking Document'.
Not got "Your booking document" attachment, received an email "Your holiday Confirmation" with a "confirmation" pdf attached.

Possibly silly suggestions - but can you ask someone else to double check? Or type 'certificate' into your email search bar. I always try the simple stuff first.
