Virgin standard villa

Hi anyone stayed in a standard virgin villa? Is there TVs in all rooms? Any pics? Thanks

Virgin use agents to book villas, it really would be luck getting a villa from the 100s they use to definitely have tvs in every room

Virgin use Contempo for booking villas - maybe have a look on their website for some pics of the villas they have to offer.
We have had two amazing select villas and one not so great apartment.

Hope no one minds me hijacking the thread, but we�ve got a Virgin select villa next month, where could we expect to be located?

by no means expert but I think it is pot luck, to be honest. They are usually along highway 27. Not done the select just the standard.

We had a select villa on Bonville Drive in Highlabds Reserve. It was absolutely fine, huge TV in lounge and main bedroom, small TVs in other rooms.

I think most of the select villas are in the Hwy 27 communities but it's a bit luck of the draw for example you might get something elsewhere in Contempo's portfolio like West Haven.

We are having a standard villa at end of month. As others have said it will be pot luck what you get and where.

We have been down the 27, the first time across from Posner Park and the second on Southern Dunes. The house at Southern Dunes was amazing, we can�t fault anything with either place, but the traffic coming back, so if you are down there, avoid 5/6pm returning home, it will take an hour.

Contempo who Virgin subcontract to for their villas have a reputation within the industry of paying very low rates. Therefore, these villas tend to be more basic. So things like themed bedrooms, tvs in every room, games rooms etc are less likely to be there. It may be very dated decor also. The owners of these villas tend to be less involved and less focused on upgrading to the mod cons. The rates they get mean they can spend less upgrading also.

This is not true of all owners who use Contempo, before anyone crucifies me!

It is pot luck what you get, you may get an absolute gem. I hope you have a lovely holiday.
