Yes stayed here, they are decent quality condos.
Right around the corner from the 24 hour big Walmart near Medieval Times and quick access to all food options of 192. We paid a one off cleaning fee $46 but it was 3 years ago so they may have added on resort and parking fees since. Everywhere else has. If you're looking for a 2 bed I can recommend the Grande Villas at Lake Buena Vista. Their fees are $12 a night. Edited at 10:26 AM. Reason: Extra |

At GV the $12 resort fee includes parking.
It's right near Winn Dixie and a number of the usual restaurants some of which you can walk to. Quick to Disney on Hotel Plaza Blvd and right near the I4 for US. There is also a quick and easy back way to US avoiding the I4. |

Apopka Vineland onto West Sandlake then Turkey Lake.
Takes a bit longer as there are lights; but if you hit a hold up on I4 you can be sat there ages as I'm sure you know. |

Yes all the 2 beds have a balcony.
We didn't use ours as it overlooked the car park and it was too hot. They are only small but have a table and chairs out there. There is a full size cooker, fridge and microwave in the kitchen. Also washer driers in the 2 bed units. |

I don't know if there's an option to have a pool view if not booked as a timeshare. We paid less than £400 for the week so we were very happy with it. |
