My 15 Year old Daughter starts her football management journey tomorrow!

So after whirlwind few months with coaching with the club i am secretary at, my youngest daughter has been confirmed as the new u10 girls manager, myself and the head of girls football are assisting but Elle will be "making the big calls" and choosing what to work on in training, all this along with being a member of the club committee, a player and a referee
I didnt think the wife and i could be prouder but she keeps upping the ante!

got no weekends again but cant wait!

Well done to her! My eldest had started teaching in swimming aged 10 and was part of the first group to get the official poolside helper course for 13yr+. She starts her level 1 November 1st and will be qualified by end of November, she is 16. Then onto level 2 so can legally take her own classes when qualified..

My daughter coached right up to U14 and then sadly the team disbanded as at that age the games in our area switch to Sundays and many of the players were playing rugby league so the team was no more. She then went to university and was assistant coach and manager of the university women's team. Good character building stuff but it is the parents you need to watch out for not the players!
