Ultimate Werewolf is good but is for 10 players I think?
The Resistance is also good again not sure how many but definitely large groups. We play both of these at Xmas with large groups |

You could ask people to bring a baby photo and then guess who is who. Kids love this one.
We also do "just 30 seconds" for those up to talking without hesitation on a subject like "cheese" or "compost". |

I’m afraid I’m with the previous ‘don’t do it’ poster. I can’t think of anything worse than party games with people I don’t know well. Let the sociable socialise and the more reserved sit in their groups. These things tend to work themselves out. Providing some distraction for the children might be an idea but kids tend to more naturally just gravitate to any other available kid in my experience.
