We've hired around 35 times so apologies if I overlook some of the finer details.

There is a possibility that when you get to the hire desks with your pre-paid voucher and the agents will try and upsell you stuff that you don't need such as more insurance and a bigger car. If you book with someone like Andy he will include all insurances. If you fancy a bigger car then book it here not at the desk.

There is a way of avoiding the desk though by booking Alamo with any broker. You can check in on line and go straight to the garage and pick your own car at most Florida airports
