Relaxing at the Grand Floridian

Heeeellllpppppppp!
Hi Dibbers,
A very stressful Dibber here! My ESTA Application has changed status to not authorised to travel... I done my ESTA about 8 weeks ago and have since travelled to Orlando last month. I'm due to fly out again next month but now not allowed into America I don't know why this is or why this has changed and I cant find a telephone number to ring that actually works. CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE! ? |

Their number is 1-202-325-5120. You need to put the UK dial out code of 00 before this so the number you need to type in is 00-1-202-325-5120.
I had to call them just before we went away and you’ll eventually be put through to an agent if you click the right options (sorry I can’t remember exactly what they are). Good luck.

Hope you get it all sorted.
Do you think it could be a possibility that when you departed Florida last month, it didn't register you as leaving and you have been marked as overstaying?

That's a great idea to check.
In the days of the old green form stuck into your passport on arrival we once flew home not realising the check in staff had not removed it. I did write Immigrations a letter and sent the green form with a copy of our boarding passes to tell them what had happened. Have been allowed back in USA since so must have been ok... |

OP. Just a thought. Did you put the correct Passport expiry date in the last ESTA you did?
Is your Passport still valid?
